The GGH PFIT Series Right Hand Sidelite Mounted Transom Patch with Support Fin Bracket is designed to support a transom from a sidelite glass panel and is compatible with both 2-3/4" (70 mm) and 2-9/16" (65 mm) pivot setback door patch fittings. This patch fitting includes a PFINTOPPIV insert for door mounting with the GGH PFIT20A or PFIT20ADJ Top Door Patch Fitting. For single door applications, the insert can be removed from the non-hinged side to allow for double swinging doors. To create a one-way door, the PFINDS Transom Patch Door Stop Insert can be used.

The support fin glass should be sized according to approved design standards (refer to manufacturer's manual) and anchored to the ceiling with a ceiling-mounted support fin bracket. For transoms weighing over 100 lbs. (45.4 kg), ceiling support is essential to prevent patch slippage. Suitable options include the PFIT94 Patch Fittings.
