Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty Coverage

Unless otherwise stated under a separate product-specific warranty, standard warranty coverage applies for:

30 days from the date of delivery.

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Remedies

If a product is confirmed to be defective within the applicable warranty period, Glass & Glazing Hardware may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Issue a refund for the original purchase price

Warranty remedies are limited to the original purchase value of the affected product.

To submit a warranty claim, please send an email to cs@ggh-usa.com or call us at 877-999-4628.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Order information
  • Photos or supporting documentation
  • Return of the product for inspection where applicable

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage or finish wear
  • Improper installation or maintenance
  • Misuse, abuse, or modification
  • Damage caused by accidents or environmental conditions
  • Products subjected to additional fabrication or alteration
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Living finishes and specialty finishes designed to naturally change appearance over time are not considered manufacturing defects.

Product Suitability & Installation

Customers are responsible for determining product suitability, compatibility, and compliance with applicable project requirements and building codes.

Professional installation is recommended for all architectural glass and glazing hardware products.

Limitation of Liability

Glass & Glazing Hardware shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including labor costs, project delays, or reinstallation costs.

Total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the affected product.
