Return & Exchange Policy

1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers should inspect all shipments upon delivery.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Incomplete

Please contact our team as soon as possible so we can assist with resolution.

For approved claims involving shipping damage, defective products, or incorrectly shipped items, Glass & Glazing Hardware will cover:

  • Prepaid return shipping
  • Standard reshipment shipping charges

Photos and supporting documentation may be required for freight or damage claims.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns Within 30 Days

Eligible stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery at no restocking fee.

Products returned that are not in resalable condition may be subject to refusal, repackaging fees, or partial refund deductions where applicable.

Returns Between 31–90 Days

Approved returns made between 31 and 90 days after delivery are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Returns After 90 Days

Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the delivery date unless otherwise approved by Glass & Glazing Hardware.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be in resalable condition, unless the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging
  • Returns must be pre-approved by our team before being shipped or dropped off

Products returned without original packaging may be subject to a 30% repackaging fee per item.

Glass & Glazing Hardware reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet return condition requirements.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom fabricated products
  • Cut-to-size items
  • Glass panel items including stock glass, sliding door panels, and railing glass panels
  • Special order merchandise
  • Made-to-order products
  • Modified or altered items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Discontinued products
  • Silicone, sealants, and adhesives, unless defective

5. Return Process

To request a return authorization, please contact our customer service team by sending an email to cs@ggh-usa.com or call us at 877-999-4628.

Please include:

  • Order number or invoice number
  • Product information
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if applicable

Once the return request is approved, our customer service team will provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible standard returns within this period.

6. Inspection & Refund Processing

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Once inspected, customers will be notified regarding:

  • Approval
  • Rejection
  • Applicable restocking or repackaging fees

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Please note that additional bank or credit card processing times may apply.

7. Exchanges

Approved exchanges for eligible stock items follow the applicable eligibility terms outlined above.

For standard exchange requests:

  • Customers are responsible for reshipment shipping charges for standard exchange requests not related to shipping damage, defects, or incorrectly shipped items.
  • Return shipping eligibility will follow the applicable return window and conditions.

8. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to:

  • Shipping damage
  • Incorrect shipment
  • Verified product defect

9. Policy Updates

Glass & Glazing Hardware reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.
