Constructed with a fireproof plastic housing and a high-temperature painted finish, it provides reliable performance for commercial fire safety applications. Its low-power design features adjustable 12V DC or 24V DC operation, MOV reverse current protection, anti-residual magnetism, and a dual-insulated housing for dependable operation and enhanced safety. With a holding force of 140 lbs. (70 kg) ±10%, the door holder is suitable for single and double smokeproof door installations.
