Michael “Mike” Flear is the CEO of GGH-USA, Glass and Glazing Hardware USA.
A graduate of International Business, with additional business management education through Harvard Business Management and the Lawrence Kinlin School of Business, Mike brings a strong commercial and operational background to the glazing hardware industry. Mike entered the glazing industry over 10 years ago and has spent his career building supply-chain-driven businesses focused on quality products, dependable service, and long-term customer relationships. His experience has centered on understanding what glass shops, installers, contractors, and glazing companies need most: reliable products, fair pricing, consistent inventory, and people who are easy to work with.
As GGH-USA expands into the American market, Mike’s focus is clear: to provide high-quality glazing hardware at fair and competitive prices while delivering a high level of customer service.
