The GGH Floor Mount Door Holder is designed to hold smokeproof doors in the open position and automatically release them during fire emergencies. Engineered with a durable housing featuring a high-temperature painted finish and environmentally protected zinc coating, it provides reliable performance for commercial fire safety applications. Its low-power design incorporates adjustable 12V DC or 24V DC operation, MOV reverse current protection, anti-residual magnetism, and a dual-insulated housing for dependable operation and enhanced safety. With a holding force of 110 lbs. (50 kg) and an integrated manual release button, this door holder is suitable for single and double smokeproof door installations.
